I am sorry for all people suffering from...whatever they are suffering. Because they are so many... But your summy morning there was a nice time both for you and the cats. We still have low arctic temperatures but it IS normal - should be normal. And after several years, we have really luxurious ice on our small pond in front or our house! It is like a mirror! And all ice-skaters are so happy! Boys and some men play ice-hockey, girls are just skating and small children learn skating with their parents. And I found my daughter´s old skates in the shelf and after 7 or so years went to try it too! Hahaha, my first steps were really more than unsure but after several minutes I got it back at least to manage some decent skating with my younger neighbour. It was FUN but oh, my legs hurt! If I have time tomorrow, I am going to do it again!LOL
