cherry blossom

katriona_sNow on the sunny riverbank or in the parks many cherry trees began to bloom, their pale pink blossoms look beautiful on their brown branches. Today on the lunchtime I and a co-worker were eating out, and next to the restaurant we had lunch there was a small park with some cherry trees. They were not in full bloom yet but impressive enough after the long winter days.
We can enjoy their bloom for just few days, or about a week then they'll fall, and such transiency has attracted us, we are looking forward to seeing them again and again in every spring.
Yes, those blossoms are transient but will appear again ... even in the area which was hit by the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami last year, cherry trees will bloom soon.
