Today I made a small drawing with pen and ink. It’s been months since I did it last time but it’s a fun . And I notice that one of the reasons I haven’t done this much recently might be my eyesight. Now I have presbyopia, not very bad, still I can’t see the detail with my naked eye. Even with the eyeglasses it’s a bit difficult to draw the thin lines precisely.
So I can’t make the same drawings like the ones I did in the past. Sad :( but I can’t help it. Anyway I like to sense my pen drawing the lines on the paper :)

Saturday. Cloudy. During daytime, just sometimes we had very mild sunshine. Our garden cats seemed to be happy with it.



But in the evening the temperature has dropped, now we are in the real winter …and soon it will be colder :(

After my weekly house cleaning in the morning I have spent hours at the desk, making my annual greeting cards. Recently I’ve become really slow at drawing, I was going to do this on the last weekend but could not finish it then :(



Today I somewhat finished the drawing and printing, now writing the short messages on each card. Tomorrow I’d have to start making my new year card for my domestic friends X)

After long months, now I have finished a small drawing :) The tranquil landscape on Swiss mountain.

Mt.Vaea is a small mountain near Apia, the capital of Samoa. On the top of this mountain there is the grave of the famous Scottish author R.L.Stevenson. I have visited there for the first time when I was 25, many years ago X)

Since July I have made some drawings of the places I had visited on my foreign trips. One of the purposes was making the postcards with them. During this staying-home days I often write letters or cards to friends, and wanted to use my own cards. It’s fun to send my friends postcards with my own drawings :)

Today is my going-to-the-office day. Usually I wear trousers to go to the office for it's easier to walk or move but today I've worn skirt. It's slightly cloudy with mild sunshine, rather comfortable. It's good to feel breeze on my legs in panty stockings when I walk :)

The landscape of quiet Sertig valley, Davos, Switzerland.

To me, a fan of Thomas Mann's greatest book "Magic Mountain", Davos has been the special place for 35 years. I have visited there for the first time in 1997, and since when I had happened to make friends with a Swiss lady living in Davos in 1998 I have visited her for 5 times. This drawing is from my last visit there in winter of 2019 - the first visit to Davos in winter. The snow covered mountains and valleys were just beautiful.

The old house where R.L.Stevenson had stayed and written "Treasure Island" in Braemar, Scotland. This house still exists, I think. I have visited there twice in the past ... just took photos of the house from outside X)
