Today we did "Uchimizu" around our office building. It is sprinkling of water to cool the immediate area and keep down dusts, one of Japanese traditional wisdom to spend summer day comfortably. Originally it has been done in residential area by many families, water on the ground cool the area with its heat of vaporization. In these days uchimizu in such business area is rather a demonstration of "living with less air conditioning" and we use recycled water. I'm not sure how it is effective but as a summer event it's not bad... :)
