A friend from Hokkaido
Nov. 22nd, 2011 11:11 pmTonight I packed stuff for a 1 night trip. I'm not going to travel, my friend is coming to my town tomorrow so we'll stay in a nice hotel on the waterfront of Yokohama together to enjoy chatting!(Usually I don't have an opportunity to stay in a hotel in my own town so it's really fun for me too!) She lives in Hokkaido, the big northern island of Japan so we seldom meet, just when she comes to Tokyo and around area or when I travel to Hokkaido. We often talk with on e-mails but it's great to see her face to face. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we are going to do some sightseeing in Tokyo and Yokohama. I'm sure both of us will enjoy the two days.
And the amazing thing is that she is a friend I have found in the web community some years ago, both of us are the big fans of certain(^_^) British TV drama. So when we met first we talked just about the drama, the actors, how we have been hooked on etc for more than 5 hours :P
But, being almost same age now we can talk about many things - about our life, job, hobbies and families. And maybe because we don't have any other relationship besides our mutual interest in that drama and feeling of friendship, then we could talk about anything...
I hope it will be fine tomorrow...
