throwing old cards away

Today I sorted the old greeting cards from the newer ones, and threw them away. It's not easy for me to dispose of the letters or cards from friends even if they are old ones. Most of them remind me of the senders, make me think about those friends whom I haven't met for a while. But of course I can't keep all the letters and cards, sometimes I venture to throw them away. As for the cards from foreign friends, most of them are the season's greetings and the pictures on them are beautiful. Today I sorted the old ones - the cards I got 2 or 3 years ago, and thought that which pictures they have chose showed the personalities of the senders well.
