Favorite book

This morning it was raining but in the afternoon the sunshine has come back with the heat, and the humidity.  My job situation is still liks chaos. At home Mr.Uma is well enough despite his medical necker. In the evening I was reading G.K.Chesterton's The Man Who was Thursday - in Japanese translation. This has been one of my favorite books for more than 30 years, I know all the passages in it well still I can enjoy its description very much. Are there anyone who has read the book around here?
