Do you wear perfume?
I have not worn it until when ... maybe the age of 30, or 35. I think here in Japan perfume ourselves is not the long tradition. Also, my sense of smell is a bit poor because of the nasal catarrh so usually I can't notice if my friends are wearing perfume or not, and naturally I had had little interest in it.
But when my close friend had lived in Canada for 3 years she had learned that "any grown-up woman should wear perfume as she should wear makeup when she goes out" (so she was told by her local friends there), and she taught it to me when she has returned to Japan. So I went to the drugstore to find the smell I can like.
Since then I have worn the same perfume when I go out though I myself cannot smell it with my poor sense. (If I can smell it, it means I use it too much!)
Maybe I should change the perfume now as I have got older, but I'm too lazy to care, and the perfume has become too familiar to me to give up XD
