The result of my "vinegar challenge"
Jan. 14th, 2020 10:23 pmIn the middle of November I have put too ripe persimmon fruits in 2 glass jars to make vinegar. Everyday I have stirred them and looked how they were changing. After about 1 month I could smell the vinegar clearly, filtered them off some seeds and other sediment. And recently I've poured the vinegar into a small bottle from the jars, now am thinking for what cooking I would use it :)
It was a great fun to see how the colour of this liquid has changed into dark orange.
