This morning I woke up with backache. Not very severe one but I found the difficulty to bend forward - my lower back hurt. This is the first time for me to have such pain - I have sometimes had a stiff neck and some pain there, but seldom had pain in the lumbar region. This is clearly caused by the lack of physical exercise and long time sitting & just looking at the computer screen. So today during my working hours (in the loft) I often did stretches, calisthenics. Now in the evening I feel far better but still have some pain when I'm going to bent forward. Maybe I need to do more walking on lunchtime... :(
