Making vinegar
Dec. 6th, 2020 08:39 pmDuring the last month I have put the too ripen persimmon fruits into a big glass jar to make vinegar. Now it smells completely vinegar, today I began to filter out the flesh or seeds. This year I put many fruits and the content is very thick so it takes time.

I have been doing this since this morning still it’s halfway. This filtering is the process which requires the patience most. I expect maybe tomorrow evening it would be finished.
