New year decorations

We(my family) usually put the New year decorations in the morning of 30th (or 28th) Dec. This morning it’s raining (!) but fortunately the rain has stopped before noon. I stood the pine branches at the entrance, put the straw decorations on them.

Even flowers for our Buddhism altar are more colourful than usual.

So now we are almost ready for the coming New Year. Now mother and I do some cooking for our family gathering :)
