I have had some lily of the valley near our entrance door but the sunshine doesn’t come enough there, they haven’t bloomed well. So recently I moved them into the main garden. Now their leaves are gone, so I fenced them and covered there some bark chips for I want to make it clear where they are planted because they are poisonous. I worry not about us human being but about our garden cats which like touching or digging anything which attracts their interest. For 2 or 3 days I haven’t seen any sign of cats around the patch, it was good.
Though today I found one of our garden cats sitting INSIDE of the fence contentedly X(

Fortunately she didn’t dig the soil much, maybe just peeing there X( I hope they (cats) wouldn’t play with the plants and soil much, for the sake of the lily of the valley and for their(cats’) own safety…
