The winter sun
Jan. 27th, 2024 02:10 pmOn weekday I wake up at 6am or quarter past 6, in this time of an year it’s still fully dark then, I don’t like waking up before the sunrise :(
But on weekend I can sleep longer, when I woke up his morning(Saturday) the morning sun has got into the room already. I sleep in a Japanese tatami room and have Shoji, the paper screen on the wooden frame instead of curtains. The sunlight comes in through Shoji is very soft, I feel grateful for the mildness of the sun.
So I woke up rather late comfortably, first fed Krurun and cleaned her toilet. Then went out of the garden to find te garden cats relaxing on the verandah.
They seemed to be also enjoying the warmth of the winter sunshine.
At the end of our garden now narcissus flowers are in bloom. The winter happiness…
