Beach on an autumn day

katriona_sAt the end of our garden now finally spider lilies are in bloom. I like them very much. It’s autumn!!
Still, as I have been afraid of, the heat is back today. Today it’s fine, during the daytime it’s about 30℃ :(
But today is the only day with the good weather forecast during this week so I took a day off to go to Zushi beach to enjoy kayaking. RecentlyI have felt rather blue so wanted to relax on the water and with the physical activity.
It was a bit windy this morning, and I noticed that during the “just staying in air conditioned room” in those severe summer months I had lost much physical strength :(. After 2 hour paddling I was tired and sleepy.
But, anyway, it was good to be on the water for a while…
