about going to the movie theatre

Yesterday I went to the movie theatre after work. When I was younger I used to go to see the movie - once for a month or two months, I prefer seeing the film in the theatre to do on the computer screen. But during the Covid pandemic when I have seldom gone out I have lost the custom of going to see the movie. It's after a while - maybe some years - I went to the theatre to see the film.

The film was good, I enjoyed it. Though I rememberd why I had stopped going to see the film. Looking at the big screen in the theatre makes my eyes tired, espcially in the evening, my eyes can't focus well on the screen in the last part of the film :( I had liked reading the end credits before but yesterday I noticed I could not read the small letters on the screen at all :( The pity of it!

There is another film I'd like to see so I should sit on a seat relatively close to the screen and see if I can see more clearly. Well... this was an unpleasant awareness :(

That's sad... we haven't been to the cinema in ages, I wonder how it will look with my eyes that have been operated on.

So it’s easier to see the films on computer screen :(. But the big screen in the theatre is far better!

I don't go often these days because I got out of the habit in Covid, but went recently. I like sitting right at the back because being too close forces me to me put my head back and turn it to scan the screen to see it all. That's a pity you can't read the credits now. Would some distance glasses help?

I wear the contact lenses so my visual_acuity is OK. But in the evening my eyes often get blur :(. I think even in the same theatre, from the same seat, I could see clearly in the morning.

I wear contact lenses too (since I was a child) because glasses don't work for me, with keratoconus in one eye with a very short focal length and the other eye with almost normal sight. They work well for me too. :)

I LOVE going to the cinema but somehow I can´t find the time. Now I want to see that new animated film called "Flow" - about a small cat and other animals travelling in the flooded Earth where no people live anymore. I saw the trailers...there in no speaking, just noises and music...I can´t wait seeing it!
