Kanazawa weekend

From 6th to 9th August I have been to my friend's second house near Kanazawa, a small but very sophisticated historic town near the coast of the Sea of Japan, and one of the most popular travel destination in Japan at the moment. The house we stayed is in the residential area near the local beach, about 15 minutes train ride from Kanazawa station so I could enjoy both atmosphere of famous sightseeing centre and rural beach.
