a problem in the office XD

In our office. Today. Suddenly the groupware has been changed. Well... not suddenly, the IT department has informed us employees about it since December but many of us have not had enough time to prepare it - practically and mentally, and we can't say that the information about the new software we'd got was enough and easy to understand. So you can imagine, it's totally a mess this morning! Difficult to find if we've got important e-mails or if someone has set the meeting on our new collaborative software, everyone asked co-worker how to check it! XD  As for me I'm really helpless about these IT thing, also I'd been so busy and pressed with my task recently that I have totally forgotten about the change of our groupware, so it really discouraged me for my job :(
Well, at least I could send and get some e-mails today XD  I hope I'd be able to accustomed to the new software soon X(
