A burn on my cheek

Last evening, in the kitchen, I was stir-frying vegetables for the supper. Then something - maybe hot drop of the sauce - spatted in the frying pan and hit my left cheek. It was very hot!
Soon I applied an ice pack on my cheek but this left a small red mark and slight pain there.
I admit myself being a very clumsy cook still this was the first time to burn my FACE with cooking.


Well... an accident catches us anytime X}
