On workday I set the alarm clock for 6am, and usually wake up between 6:00 and 6:30. But recently I often wake up earlier. Around 5:30, sometimes 4:30. I don't know why ... maybe because of the twilight of daybreak, or because I've become older ??? Anyway if it's nearly 6:00 I get up, if before 5:30 I sleep again, then wake up again past 6:00. This "waking up twice" is not good, it makes me feel tired. Isn't there any good idea to sleep well till the alarm goes off?
