A fine day

katriona_sThe weather has been changeable recently. We've had some rainy days, sometimes very windy, sunny but humid etc. But this morning it was fine, the temperature was rather high but the humidity was low, the air was fresh and comfortable.
On my way to work I was on the local bus, and an old man got onto. There was no vacant seat so I gave my seat to him, and he said "Oh, thank you". His thank was nice - not loud, casual but sincere, it made me feel quite good.
It was a nice start of a workday!
When I came home in the evening the sun was just setting, in the garden irises were beautiful in the evening sunshine.
Nice ending of a fine day!
