Recently, after supper, I often eat yogurt (with fresh fruit, no sugar).
I like sweets like biscuit with chocolate, ice cream, tart, custard pudding etc, and often want to eat them in the evening. But they are not good when we want to lose weight, so instead I eat yogurt. At least it's better than having ice cream before going to bed... XD
