The monster thistle XD

At the end of our garden thistle has grown. We've never planted it, they just appeared after we rebuilt our house and every spring they come up. Thistle's thorns are really dangerous so I have pulled most of them but left one for I like its flower. And now... look at this monstrous thistle bush XD


I know I should have pull it away before but when I see this from close distance their flowers look really lovely.


Isn't there a way to just enjoy these flowers but no leaves and thorns? XD
