The artificial flower.

katriona_sThis weekend I'm going to visit my friend's second house in Kanazawa. When I asked her what should I bring there she answered "artificial flower".
That house is not the summer cottage type, just an ordinary house where her old relatives had lived for many years. Some years ago they had passed away and the house became vacant, then she and her sister decided to keep the house as their second house. It's a small, ordinary house though near to the local beach, and Kanazawa is one of the most popular travel destination in Japan at the moment (The bullet train service from Tokyo to Kanazawa has begun just recently.) But both of them usualy live in Tokyo and it's just 3 or 4 times a year they can visit and stay there. So she wants artificial flower instead of fresh flower to decorate the house.
Therefore, today after work I went to some shop to find the flower. I heard there was a small black vase in the house so I chose small but elegant flowers for the small vase. I think this is the first time for me to buy artificial flower for usually I of course prefer fresh flowers, and was surprised to see how those artificial flowers looked real.
Anyway, this is the ones I bought fo my friend :)
