cream puff

When I was a small child my mother had often made sweets - cookies or cakes. She had sometimes made cream puffs, and as a child I liked to beat cream while the batter was puffed in the oven. Now mother seldom makes sweets, and I haven't learned making them, we rather buy 1 or 2 cakes in the confectioner - more sophisticated sweets. Still I've wanted to learn how to make cream puff for years. You might say it's not much difficult and I should just do it, but to me, who is clumsy in the kitchen, it's not easy to make time, prepare the ingredients, etc...
Anyway today I tried to make cream puff for the first time in my life! XD


They tasted good X)  and remind me of my child days vividly...
