a bad day

Today it's raining all day and I don't know why but I've felt depressed all day. It's odd, recently I've been quite positive and productive in the office, last week I've done many taskes. But today I've felt negative and been irritating, wanted to do nothing though I have many tasks to do.
I have this kind of workday sometimes but not much recently. Anyway I can't say today I have done something in the office... sigh  :(
