katriona_sYesterday, mother got a parcel from her sister - my aunt - Michiko.
The contents were three handmade scarfs. Look at these beautiful fabric!!
Aunt Michiko has enjoyed weaving with her small loom for many years. She is a housewife and does it as her hobby but her weaving is quite professional, has sold various items in the shops or on fairs. Recently mother asked her to make some "small stuff" for her friends so aunt made these and sent to her. Mother has been going to give the stuff to her friends but after seeing these beautiful scarfs she changer her mind, said these were too good as small gifts! XD So I think... mother will keep one for herself and give the rest to me and my sister :) I'm fortunate to have a very talented aunt X)
