busy in the office

Recently I've been a bit busy in the office. I rather like my current job, so 1 hour or 1 hour and half overtime work, as such, is not a big problem. But even just an hour overtime makes my evening busy one, I can't manage the things I should do on workday evening recently, and I don't feel Iike I have the enough rest. So what and how should I do with my job...
