Today after work I went to get the aromatherapy massage. This is one of the luxuries I allow myself to enjoy sometimes. And my aesthetician told me that my whole body was quite stiff now. About 1 month ago I have hurt my right elbow and still have slight pain there, and this has unbalanced other limbs. Well, at least I could have a relaxed time with the massage, and tonight I'd have a good sleep, I expect.
