A big gecko

katriona_sYesterday it was raining and windy. Though I went to Motomachi, the best shopping street in Yokohama. My purpose was visiting certain jewelry shop to ask them to mend the broken necklace which I had bought many years ago there (fortunately they said they could do it with very reasonable price). I also visited a shoes shop to also ask them to fix my shoes. So no real “shopping”, I thought first. Then when I passed a shop selling various kind of towels and the stuff made of towels, I saw a big GECKO among the display! It was... expensive but looks so unique, and UNfortunately I had some extra money in my purse yesterday so I couldn’t help but purchasing it X)
(Now the problem is where and how I’d display this in my small house XD)
In the evening I went to the concert hall to enjoy the classical music (of course I need to leave my new gecko at the cloakroom of the hall). The conductor and solo violinist were Finns and the program was all Sibelius, and the performance was really wonderful!
Thus, yesterday was a really good, enjoyable day despite the miserable weather X)
Today it’s sunny but still very windy, and the temperature has risen! Still in the shade it’s rather comfortable because of the wind, and a white cat (with black spots) has been sleeping in a box for almost half day XD
Well... I know I should be thankful for this peaceful Sunday XD
(Now the problem is where and how I’d display this in my small house XD)
