I’m hungry.
This morning I ate just a little yogurt and some pieces of fruit. This is not the accident. Yesterday I have rather eaten too much and had slight stomachache so I decide today I rest my stomach, eat as little as I can X) Some of my friends said this kind of “eating nothing day” is good to keep our condition. I cannot do this on my workday so I’m trying it today(Sunday). In the evening I’ll eat something, though no meat, maybe some tofu and fruits? Tomorrow morning less breakfast than usual... then ordinary lunch. Let’s see how this fasting would work.
