katriona_sToday I got a parcel come from some bakery which I don’t know, but there also was the name of my friend on the label. The contents were some bread, the paper said they are the natural yeast bread, and they looked quite yummy.
I checked the internet and found this bakery was very popular place, but quite local, small shop in Gunma prefecture which is north of Tokyo. And my friend who seemed to had ordered this for me lives in Hokkaido. I soon e-mailed to my friend and know that this bakery is her friend’s shop. She (my friend in Hokkaido) asked the bakery to send the parcel to me as a kind of surprise gift.
Good. Again, the friend is great.
I’m not a particular bread lover but these bread seem to be yummy with cheese, I expect. The problem is that there are too many. I cut and wrapped some of them and put them in the freezer. Tomorrow morning I’ll enjoy one of them for my breakfast :)
