Gloomy days

First, this heat. For a few days we have had gloomy weather without sun, though even without the strong summer sunshine it's still quite hot and HUMID, very uncomfortable. We are all physically tired. And of course the terrible war, the loss of the lives and every precious things in Ukraine. And many serious problems caused by the war and the madman Putin, including the steep rise in prices of energy and other things. We live just next to the another horrible nation, China. Everything that country does is doubtful and dirty. And other very serious problems - the global warming, the widening gap between rich & poor in every country, the irresponsible & selfish national leaders. We'll have the election for the members of the Diet this coming Sunday but the politicians do not seem to have enough vision for the future. And during this latest week the number of the new cases of Covid in Japan has risen rapidly, it might become worse in coming summer vacation season. I am an ordinary citizen, don't have particular money nor prosperity but my life is peaceful, I'm mostly contented with it. I know very well that I'm fortunate. Still, recently I can't escape from the anxiety for the future life (very-bear-future life), fears that we might lose this tolerably peaceful world. Yes I know, I know well that it is no use worrying like this, and this uneasy feeling might be mainly caused by our current tiring weather...

This is not positive...I understand, oh yes, I really do - but you just can´t live like that. I know, everyone is an individual, we differ - but still. You can´t cure the world but you can do somthing for yourself and your well-being. Try not to torment yourself, please.

Yes, my friend. Whenever I feel like this I remember your kind advice. And believe me, I try to follow your word. Just focus on my own life, try to find small nice things in my life. I always do it. Still sometimes I can' help but feeling gloomy, and I believe it's because of this unescapable heat _@; ...
