Summer heat again

After weeks of gloomy days today it’s sunny … and the tough summer heat came back! Now I go to the office every other days so feel busier than before. Today mother was also out so I closed the door of Krurun’s cage, closed the door of my room and turned on the air conditioner for her. She might not be happy being in the cage for hours in daytime but now in the evening she is free in my room, relaxed on the carpeted floor. And now at 23:00 I can’t turn off the air conditioner for myself. It’s still very humid…

With this heat attack here in Europe, everyone has to adapt to tropical temperatures. Poor animals in towns and flats! Here in countryside, it is much easier to bear it. I spend most of the day outside, it the shade, with Rocky and Ollie sharing with me. Fortunately, "our" heat is nto as humid as yours, which is much better to bear! Mind you - we have had almost 40°C...

Yes I heard of that high temperature in Europe. Unbelievable! I’m glad that your humidity is not much high, if it’s dry the hotness itself is easier to endure…
