Tokyo

Monday. In the morning I had a kind of job meeting and visited the office of a certain big company in Tokyo. Their office is in a new, smart and big office building connected to the train station. And the meeting room of them was also nice, big, clean and smart. The staffs of the company I met were young, nice looking, clever and nice people. I was impressed. The meeting itself was done in a good mood.

But, frankly I have felt myself was improper to that smart business scene, felt like I had been just tolerated by those clever and normal business person for a while. I have always felt uncomfortable in a big city like Tokyo. So after the meeting I immediately fled from Tokyo and backed to Yokohama which is also a big city but far smaller than Tokyo X)

I understand your unpleasant feelong very well. I myself never felt comfortable in those big and superbly equipped places. However if the people there were nice, I could even enjoy it. All depends on people, or so I believe.

Not those big places, but also those nice and smart people somewhat affright me, make me feel very uncomfortable… :(
